Couple getaway was great
This place has a rooftop bar with amazing views and catchy music all night long it was just fantastic. They were incredibly nice when my partner got sick and even offered to help with anything we needed.
It wasn't the cheapest option but for what you get I’d say it’s pretty reasonable.

I absolutely loved the homemade pastries at the breakfast spread — a real treat! Plus, Ciara’s service was top-notch. she made us feel right at home. The hotel is just a hop away from Twilight Sky Bar and the Red Bean Restaurant, perfect for late-night munchies!
Sadly, the 'soundproofing' was a joke. You could hear everything, traffic, construction, and guests next door. Plus, the room didn’t look as fresh as in the pics — kinda a letdown.

The snacks in the room were plentiful, perfect for a tired traveler looking to recharge. Clean, comfy sleeping arrangements in the Deluxe Queen Room made for a cozy night's rest.
Additionally, dealing with the 2% surcharge for credit card payment was an unexpected inconvenience. The wifi was also spotty during my stay, which was frustrating but manageable.

I stayed for 6 nights in a Superior Queen Room while exploring Hanoi, and I was really pleased with my experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the vibrant Hanoi Night Market and the stunning Temple of the Jade Mountain, making it easy to dive into local culture. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the room and the excellent facilities. daily complimentary tea, coffee, and water were a nice touch. Plus, the staff truly went above and beyond when I wasn't feeling well, taking great care of me.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvements
Our 4-night stay offered glimpses of charm, especially the rooftop bar's views. Do try the homemade pastries at breakfast—they’re delicious! Consider exploring dining options outside the hotel for a better experience.

Staying in the Junior Suite with Balcony was mostly a blast! The bed and pillows were super comfy, and having a balcony was a nice touch, even if it was small. The room was really clean, and the staff were attentive, which made us feel valued. The only downside was that there wasn't a shelf for shampoo in the shower, which was a bit annoying. And the early morning drilling from nearby was a bummer.
